Step 1

Start with the foundations of bandwidth and resilience

Create SD-WAN network overlay on available connectivity from data centres to branch locations. Once in place, underlying connectivity can be added or removed in line with ISP / MPLS provider contracts which in turn allows controlled, phased migration to the new service, potentially prior to the decommissioning of the existing carrier networks.

Step 2

Virtual appliances are available for locations where physical appliances are not suitable, making it easy extend the network securely to support hybrid / multi cloud initiatives with a resilient alternative to Azure Express Route or other proprietary transport mechanisms.
