We’re delighted to announce that we have been awarded the new Citrix Preferred Services Partner accreditation in recognition of our continued excellence in technical services delivery and obsession with customer success.
Citrix originally introduced us to the concept of the new accreditation around 18 months ago, as a mechanism for the end user community to differentiate Citrix partners with highest levels of technical competency, rather than simply measuring sales revenue.
As the first partner worldwide to achieve the Networking for Data Centres Specialist accreditation in 2015, and a globally recognised centre of excellence for all things NetScaler, we were invited on to the beta for the new programme back in the summer of 2023, to help give a partner perspective and define the value of the revised accreditation at both the customer and partner level.
Throughout the rest of 2023 and into 2024, we worked with the vendor to build on the foundations of the outgoing Specialist accreditation with the inclusion of a range of Citrix Consultancy produced materials, support escalation paths and wider product team activities to help us deliver even better services to our growing customer base.
