We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced UK based Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. If you’re passionate about delivering successful customer outcomes, managing complex projects, and building strong client relationships, this role could be the perfect fit.
Job role
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple professional services engagements of varying size and complexity, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, positioning Citrix Professional Services for successful implementations while applying best-practice project methodology. You’ll also support business growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and working closely with internal teams.
This is a role that combines project leadership, customer engagement, and technical understanding, offering you exposure to Citrix’s strategic priorities and professional services practice.
Main duties
- Lead and deliver projects with high complexity, visibility, or risk.
- Ensure day-to-day tasks are managed effectively while planning for upcoming activities.
- Actively identify and pursue follow-on work opportunities.
- Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and break down barriers across teams.
- Take responsibility for execution and delivery of critical tasks, including operational and administrative aspects.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing client and internal priorities.

Bonus requirements
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Hands-on experience with Citrix professional services or related cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to create or contribute to knowledge-sharing resources (written guides, video content, or training).
- Experience delivering projects in multi-vendor environments.

Job role
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Citrix and NetScaler technical solutions to help our customers meet their business, technical, security and compliancy requirements.
As well demonstrating great technical knowledge of the core Citrix technologies including Virtual Apps & Desktops/DaaS and NetScaler, understanding and/or experience of the technologies in the Citrix Universal HMC & Platform subscriptions will be advantageous, as you’ll be working across the entire vendor portfolio.
You’ll have extensive project experience, be able to host online and in-person project workshops and to articulate technical concepts to people from different backgrounds and technical levels, to ensure a solution meets the needs of the organisation, and the people who will use it.
Combining a mixture of major project delivery, short consulting engagements and multi-year service enhancement and improvement programmes for long term cloudDNA customers, plus exceptional new product exposure and training, this is an unrivalled opportunity to join our globally recognised NetScaler and Citrix consultancy practice.
Main duties
- Documentation of client organisations business, technical, security and compliance requirements as defined in client workshops and meetings.
- Creation of High-Level and Low-Level design deliverables.
- Provide remote and onsite delivery and integration of key Citrix and NetScaler project components.
- Assist cloudDNA consultants and partner engineers debug and resolve technical issues related to service enhancement.
- Liaising with internal and external project teams to assist with project progress.
- Providing health checks and reviews of clients / partners existing Citrix and NetScaler deployments, to improve service levels and assist with the formulation of enhancement strategies.
- Assist with customer deliverables QA and provide ongoing input into practice continual improvement initiatives.

- Degree or similar level in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Bonus general requirements
- Having the ability to produce unique product centric written and video content to share with our user community would be an advantage but not critical.
Technical requirements
- Historic Citrix Certified Professional – Networking, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Historic Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualisation, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- The ability to apply a thorough understanding of all components of Citrix VADS & DaaS architecture, NetScaler ADC to Advanced Edition feature set.
- Communication flows including firewall requirements, IP routing, TCP and UDP service provision in environments that are technically and organisationally mid to high level complexity.
- 5+ years hands-on Citrix deployment experience either within a similar consultancy or vendor, or contractor in a client facing role.
Bonus technical requirements
- Citrix Certified Expert – Networking or Virtualisation, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- 5 + years NetScaler or CVAD (DaaS) hands-on experience in live production environments.
- NetScaler to Premium Edition feature set.
- Automation for IaS tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- TAM experience or expectations knowledge.
- Other vendor certification or experience.
- Azure LB, TM, AppGateway and WAF experience.
- f5 Big IP physical or virtual appliance experience.
- Other Industry related certifications CISSP, CISM, ITIL.
