Modular methodology

Our vendor based methodology comprises of a series of individual modules that can be can be delivered as discrete pieces of work or combined to deliver as much or as little of the project as required to balance risk, project delivery duration and internal resource utilisation considerations.

Requirements gathering

Open forum kick off workshops held with the service business and technical stakeholders ensure that current and known future requirements are fully understood from all perspectives.

Planning and design

High and low level design creation capturing all variables from basic architecture to individual configuration settings. The design phase allows all technical stakeholders to review the decisions made, prepare dependancies and consider internal resource scheduling requirements.

Build & test

Global build and configuration services for all deployment scenarios with bespoke use case specific functionality test plans and load evaluation to ensure service readiness.

Hypercare

Extended active support for production cutover and risk points during early service adoption. Active anomaly checking, instant issue response and immediate escalation to de-risk the introduction of the new service.
