If things go wrong, we expedite the resolution, integrating with internal teams to accelerate triage and utilising support mechanisms exclusively available to us as a Citrix Preferred Services Partner. With our own internal escalation path to senior cloudDNA technical practice team members for complex case assistance, and direct access to vendor product teams for enhancement requests; if the unexpected happens we’ll help fix it fast and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

All Citrix support SMEoD packages include on demand access to our consulting practice team to help with security hardening, new feature utilisation, lifecycle and capacity management, DR and business continuity preparation, future service development, cloud service considerations and whatever else the future holds. Technical risk analysis of vendor CVE notifications, in or out of hours remediation activities, advice or turnkey delivery. CVE notifications can significantly disrupt BAU operations so we’re here to offer much or as little assistance as required to balance the CVE risk and internal resource availability.
